Delivery Information

Free UK Delivery on all orders over £40.

Standard UK Delivery — £3.99 on orders under £40. Estimated delivery 5–10 working days.

International Shipping — We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping costs and times will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you order from MOOD. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@moodstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
